Screening Process |

We understand that both full-time employees and consultants are subject to the same rigors, and clearly communicate the importance of accurate information and full disclosure to potential hires, and this enables us to move candidates through the process in a seamless manner.
With regard to hiring technical candidates, each applicant undergoes a thorough screening process prior to being presented to the client. All applicants are initially pre-screened by phone to assess work eligibility, communication skills, current and past functional job experience, general aptitude, technical competency, product, and/or subject matter expertise, corporate and cultural fit. Applicants are also subjected to preliminary technical screenings, which are performed by senior recruiters. Selected applicants are then asked to come in for face-to-face interviews for I-9 verification in addition to secondary and tertiary technical skill testing compiled from various sources (both standardized and non-standardized). Assessment is then made of candidates' reasons for leaving current and past positions, commute/transportation logistics, driving motivational factors for seeking new career opportunities as well as simultaneously managing realistic salary expectations. We also educate candidates about client philosophy, business, objectives, details of the group's responsibility within the firm, and lastly, the specific requirements and individual job functionality. Upon request of client, we check pay stub and education verification, perform drug screens, fingerprinting, and criminal background checks which are provided by third party background check. |
