  • Research new industry trends and utilize the latest technologies in the recruiting industry.
  • Create marketing and advertising campaigns regarding jobs and companies to gain the attention of attractive and unique applicants
  • Interact with applicants and become their confidant throughout their job search to affectively evaluate career objectives and manage expectations
  • Negotiate compensation packages
  • Successfully match quality candidates with specific clients.
