We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a highly driven, self-motivated, proven sales professional who can confidently represent our brand and has experience in the digital advertising space. What You'll Do ·   Identify key prospects by researching, analyzing and developing relationships with Fortune 1000 brands through established go-to-market strategies.·   Prepare and conduct high impact sales presentations to marketing decision makers and high-level executives.·   Develop a strong understanding of client goals and objectives and build customized sales strategies to achieve them, modelling out performance projections during the sales pitch.·   Collaborate with team members to efficiently launch, manage, optimize and scale campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction with every engagement.·   Serve as a leader and role model to junior team members, partnering with our Brand, Media and Creative teams to strategize campaign opportunities and outcomes.·   Develop and manage a sales cycle and process; help implement necessary sales tools and CRM processes to further support prospecting clients and closing deals.·   Drive revenue and achieve quarterly sales goals with your growing portfolio while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross sell existing clients.·   Travel and attend in-person meetings and industry conferences regularly to build client relationships and generate new business.·   Confidently communicate overall business objectives and value proposition to new audiences, clients and partners.·   Deliver feedback and insights from client meetings and internal meetings to successfully close deals, help the company scale, and drive higher client retention.
Who You Are ·   5+ years of Digital Marketing Ad Sales and/or Agency Sales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales goals (with both new and existing clients).·   Strong knowledge of the current digital advertising ecosystem, especially in the areas of performance marketing, including Cost Per Click, Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Action, Cost Per Thousand (CPC, CPL, CPA, CPM).·   Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with a strategic sales mindset. Familiar and comfortable in a public speaking environment.·   Highly motivated self-starter with the desire to build and expand market share by selling solutions through expert negotiation and closing skills.·   Proven ability to build deep, long-term client relationships while securing and managing an eight-figure book of business.·   Collaborative team player who demonstrates leadership and mentorship to junior level team members.·   Depth of knowledge in sales management and operations, proposal processing (RFP), and associated tools and technologies (Salesforce or equivalent).·   PR and Marketing experience a plus.·   Must be able to travel frequently.·   Bachelor’s degree required.
