This is a role for an investment firm in Dallas, TX. Their HCM team is looking for a Workday Integration Specialist, to focus on the execution of firm-wide Workday technology strategies, such as system updates, connectivity, and implementation. There will be a focus on Workday's financial applications and components, and you will work closely with engineering and business teams to build automated firm-wide solutions.

Requirements

- Hands-on background in building Workday solutions at a firm-wide scale, with a focus on automation

- Ability to execute strategic Workday updates and new feature rollouts in a seamless fashion

- Experience building custom reports in Workday

- Overall strong background in HCM and HRIS technologies, ideally with financial applications
